The port of Cape Liberty, New Jersey is one of the busiest cruise ports with ships heading for the scenic paradise of Bermuda. Royal Caribbean, offering trips from various American ports, sends its “Explorer of the Seas” on five night Bermuda cruises from the port of Cape Liberty in Bayonne, New Jersey. Cruises scheduled for May, June, July, August, September, and October are scheduled to dock at King’s Wharf in Bermuda.

Royal Caribbean also offers nine-day Bermuda and Caribbean cruises to visit St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Puerto Rico after passing by the islands. Nine-day trips this year will depart in the months of May, June, July, and August.

Cape Liberty will make an ideal starting point for passengers going on Bermuda cruises. Posh and less expensive hotels are readily available to accommodate visitors in the cities of Newark and Jersey. The Cape Liberty Cruise port could be found northeast of New Jersey next to the New York Bay, which lies south of Hudson River. It is a seven-mile drive from Manhattan and three miles away from Newark.

Access the port through the New Jersey Turnpike or I-95. An extensive parking facility adjacent the Bayonne cruise terminal is easily accessible for guests’ convenience. From the I-95, make an exit at 14A and go to 440 South. The road will take you to Port Terminal Boulevard. Make a final left into the terminal.
